We’re not hiring a sales director to maintain the status quo. We’re hiring one to build. We have a 40+ person sales organization, a growing commercial book of business, and the infrastructure investments underway to scale. What we need is a leader who can own the full sales operation — developing the team, building the process, and driving the numbers across both states.
