General Job Description:
This role is responsible for fulfillment operations by managing on site inventory, receiving and organizing samples, maintaining a clean and aseptic workspace, preparing and labeling products, and coordinating shipments. This position will require approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Initial:
Fulfill small orders and sample requests
Maintain inventory on location to fill requests
Provide and maintain a clean, aseptic working and sampling environment
Create and place product labels on bags
Drop off shipments at corresponding carrier locations (UPS or FedEx)
Maintain stored sample area for shelf-life testing and sample retains
Maintain centralized inventory tracking system showing lots and samples received
Receive incoming products or samples, up to a 50lb box
Order and store sampling and shipping supplies on site
