We're looking for a licensed HVAC professional to help us build it from the ground up — working closely with our Facility Manager to handle service calls directly, decide when to bring in outside vendors, and shape how the department runs. This is a ground-floor opportunity with long-term leverage. You'll have direct input on equipment, processes, vendor relationships, and eventually the team you help build.
