We are seeking a remote, full-time Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help ensure smooth communication with customers and technicians. You will be responsible for talking with customers via phone, and email, handling inquiries, and routing issues to the appropriate teams. In addition, you will perform data entry and basic data management tasks, maintain organized digital filing systems, schedule appointments, coordinate calendar needs, and provide general administrative support to the team.
