Help shape the future of Beaver Falls! The City seeks a collaborative, community-focused leader to serve as City Manager and Chief Administrative Officer.

Reporting to City Council, the City Manager leads daily municipal operations, implements Council priorities, oversees budgeting and financial performance, supports employees and department leaders, negotiates agreements, and advances infrastructure, grants, and community development initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to responsive public service.

Applicants must possess a bachelors degree in public administration, business, finance, planning, political science, or a related field and at least five years of progressively responsible relevant experience, including three years in management or executive leadership. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. A masters degree is preferred. Candidates must be bondable and maintain a valid Pennsylvania drivers license.

Salary: starting at $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance; retirement; paid time off; and an employee assistance program. This position works in person.
