NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER  Tyrone Borough Police Department 

The Tyrone Borough Police Department is accepting applications for the position of  Full-Time Police Officer.  

Position Requirements  

Applicants must:  

• Be Act 120 Certified.  
• Be at least 21 years of age by December 15, 2026.  
• Successfully complete all required stages of the selection process.  

Selection Process  

The hiring process will include:  

• Physical fitness testing  
• Written examination  
• Oral examination  
• Background investigation  
• Medical examination  
• Psychological examination
