Senior UX Designer, Data Platforms

Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior UX Designer, Data Platforms in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to acting as central UX partner for product mngrs by translating ambiguous data & AI req'mts into structured user problems, success criteria, & interaction models. Master's or equiv in Industrial Dsgn, UI/UX Dsgn, Graphic Dsgn, CS or rel. fld OR Bachelor's or equiv in Industrial Dsgn, UI/UX Dsgn, Graphic Dsgn, CS or rel. fld + 2 yrs of exp in UI/UX, Interactive & visual dsgn, electronics art, multimedia dsgn, or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Conducting UX research methodologies w/ focus on usability testing, as well as other research methods such as interviews, surveys, card sorting, & heuristic evaluations using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Google Forms & Miro; Facilitating workshops such as brainstorming & user journey mapping sessions, ideation workshops, & dsgn workshops using collaboration tools like Miro or Figjam; Creating detailed dsgn documentation using tools like Adobe XD & Figma. Employer will accept any amount of grad coursework, grad research exp or exp w/ req'd skills.
