Friday through Sunday 1st Shift: 6:30 AM6:30 PM
2nd Shift: 6:30 PM-6:30 AM
Responsible for operating mixers, extruders, ingredient systems scales, and related equipment; preparing dough; monitoringZ product weights and quality;7 maintaining accurate production? records; completing cleaning and7 sanitation duties; and following allZ safety and food quality procedures.
