Wal-Mart is seeking a Staff, Technology Operations in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to creating, mng'g, monitoring Prog budget; providing estimation/ budgeting inputs to Bus. cases, Annual Operating Plan AOPs/Long Range Plan -LRPs. Master's or equiv in Industrial Eng'g, Eng'g Mgmt, Proj/Prog Mgmt, or rel. fld + 2 yrs of exp in proj mgmt, prog mgmt, prog operations, or rel. exp; OR Bachelor's or equiv in Industrial Eng'g, Eng'g Mgmt, Proj/Prog Mgmt, or rel fld + 4 yrs of exp in proj mgmt, prog mgmt, program operations, or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Fin'l modeling & cost-benefit analysis; Risk assessment & mitigation planning; End-to-end prog/proj mgmt incl Agile, Scrum, planning, execution, & reporting.
