Wal-Mart is seeking a Sr. Manager, Advanced Analytics in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to owning complex proj's end-to-end for bus. area, category or prototype. Mngs risk assoc. w/ implementation; driving execution of multiple bus. plans & proj's by identifying customer & operational needs. Master's or equiv in Bus., Fin., Accnt'g, Telecomm Eng'g, Stats, or rel. fld + 2 yrs of exp in data analytics or rel. exp; OR Bachelor's or equiv in Bus., Fin., Accnt'g, Telecomm Eng'g, Stats, or rel. fld + 4 yrs of exp in data analytics or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Performing advanced mrkt & bus. analytics using statistical methods to evaluate customer behavior & operational performance; Anlyz'g lrg, structured datasets using SQL across enterprise data warehouse platforms (Hive, Presto, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server), performing joins, aggregations, window functions, & subqueries; Conducting statistical modeling using regression, segmentation, & forecasting techniques to identify performance drivers & trends.
