Lead a team by providing oversight of processes and performance for other individuals. Oversee multiple deliverables in a time-sensitive environment. Meet Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other performance and risk metrics as outlined by management. Requires: Masters degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related role or Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Prior employment must include three (3) years of experience (with a Masters) OR five (5) years of experience (with a Bachelors) with: assessing the operational risks inherent in business, recognizing and acting upon the changing economic and market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures, and the impact of the evolving technology landscape; interfacing with trading counterparties, including internal teams, clients & their custodians, and other financial institutions to properly handle escalations and flag high risk issues to management team; providing operational support to a trading desk of FX products; handling escalations and flagging high risk issues to management team; and applying industry initiatives and market trends in the FX market to improve processes and reduce risk.
