Do you love helping people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Travel Coordinator, you'll be the go-to travel expert for Roadies across Texas Roadhouse, Bubba's 33, and Jaggers. From booking flights and hotels to supporting large company events, you'll play a key role in ensuring our teams get where they need to be seamlessly. *This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in the office weekly) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky
Your Recipe for Success
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous travel booking, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience with Concur, Worldspan GDS, or other travel booking systems is helpful, but we'll provide training for the right candidate
A passion for helping others and delivering an exceptional customer experience
What's On Your Plate
Coordinate and book individual travel arrangements, including air, hotel, and rental cars
Assist Roadies with urgent travel needs, itinerary changes, and travel-related questions
Process travel requests through phone, email, and ServiceNow
Support and troubleshoot Concur booking issues
Coordinate group travel for meetings and events, including transportation, lodging, and attendee registrations
Partner with Event Planners and hotel partners to manage room blocks, meeting spaces, payments, and event logistics
Maintain accurate travel records, registrations, and documentation
Manage hotel authorizations, travel credits, reward points, and company travel resources
Coordinate specialty travel needs such as refrigerated truck rentals for restaurant operations
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure travel expenses are coded accurately
Provide exceptional customer service while supporting Roadies across the organization
