Associate Veterinarian

We are looking for an additional associate veterinarian, full time or part time, to join our privately owned, family-oriented small animal clinic. As a second generation practice owner and a mom, I strongly believe in a healthy work-life balance. Because we are privately owned, we have the flexibility to create a schedule that supports both our goal to provide exceptional patient care and also allow time for our personal and family life outside our clinic.

Like every other clinic, we are looking for a compassionate veterinarian with good communication and client relationship skills who is committed to practicing high-quality medicine. We understand this looks different for each of us as veterinarians. Some of us love building relationships and educating clients, some are happiest diving into diagnostics and medicine, and some prefer surgical procedures. We appreciate different personalities and practice styles and we believe that is what makes a veterinary team stronger. Because we are privately owned, there are no set diagnostic or treatment protocols that must be followed and each patient can be treated as an individual as needed. There are no production quotas. We trust our veterinarians to recommend what is best for each patient without worrying about production goals.

We understand that schedule flexibility is important and we are happy to work to create a schedule that fits your needs. Our full-time associates work an alternating schedule of four days one week and three and a half days the following week. If a part time schedule was preferred, we are open to discussing what days would best work for you. Doctor appointments, field trips and school functions, illness and family emergencies- we understand that schedules need to be altered at times and our team is supportive in every way possible.
