A prestigious Palm Beach condominium is seeking a professional and customer-focused Lobby Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while helping maintain the safety, security, and smooth operation of the property.
Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with valet parking, monitoring building access, and supporting daily lobby operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, courteous, and able to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valet parking experience preferred
computer skills required
Professional appearance and demeanor
Previous hospitality, concierge, security, or customer service experience is a plus
