Job Description
The Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) has an immediate job opening for a Warehouse Clerk in Wilmington, DE. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, stocking, shipping/transferring, tracking/ordering, and issuing parts, supplies, and tools following established procedures. This position assists in ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, out-of-stock parts are ordered to repair downed vehicles, proper parts/supplies are distributed, and that related databases are always current and up-to-date. The Warehouse Clerk also maintains the parts room/warehouse. The incumbent should have knowledge of warehouse-related databases. A valid drivers license, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, and operate a forklift, is required.
