What You'll Do

As a Security Officer, you'll help create a safe and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff by:

• Conducting routine patrols of assigned properties
• Monitoring doors, gates, and common areas to ensure security
• Identifying and reporting safety concerns or maintenance issues
• Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Contacting emergency personnel when necessary
• Completing accurate daily activity reports
• Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence

Ideal candidates will have:

• High integrity and strong professional ethics
• The ability to pass a background check and SLED-approved drug screening
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Good communication and customer service skills

Previous security experience is a plus, but it is not required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
