Machine Operator I

Shift: 3:15pm 1:45am Monday Thursday

KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials,
pallets, bales and rolls. The companys state-of-the-art production facility in Madras, Oregon
operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members
with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude.
Essential Functions
Responsible for maintaining and operating specific machines during machine production.
Loading and unloading material or parts from the machine; and making minor
adjustments to the machine controls.
Able to read and follow specified layouts, procedures, and operating charts.
Able to perform repetitive operations on required machinery in the area.
Responsible for checking completed parts to meet KEITH Quality Control standards.
Meet agreed upon manufacturing goals on time.
Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability
required.)
May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug
screening.
Previous experience preferred.
Able to read tape measure, pressure gauge, precision measurement tools.
Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently
requiring little or no supervision.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in
the future.
Working Conditions
Works in a Machine or Fabrication Shop atmosphere.
Exposed daily to continual noise from machines.
Equipment/Machinery Used
Various machinery including CNC Machines, grinder, and forklift.
Physical Requirements
Able to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
