Drive the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using modern tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx, and analytical languages such as Python, R, and SQL, enabling enterprise-wide data-driven decision-making. Act as a strategic analytics partner to business and operations stakeholders (e.g., loan servicing, client onboarding), translating complex requirements into clear metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and actionable dashboards that advance strategic objectives. Requires: Masters degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related role OR Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior work experience must include two (2) years of experience (if a Masters degree) OR five (5) years of experience (if a Bachelors degree) with: experience working in a Business Intelligence, Risk Management or Data Analytics related role within the financial services sector; working with data-pipeline design, multidimensional data modeling, and data-warehousing techniques for advanced analytics and reporting; performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) by writing and optimizing complex queries in database languages such as SQL; applying Alteryx, Python, or R for descriptive analytics to identify process improvements, mitigate risk, and enhance operational efficiency; utilizing Tableau and Power BI for dashboard performance optimization and communicate findings and drive data-informed decisions for stakeholders; and translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable analytical insights for diverse audiences, including senior management.
