2026 Hiring Range: $44.89 to $50.01
2026 Pay Range: $44.89 to $53.43
*2026 Performance-based Pay Opportunity: Up to $59.83

The City of Brainerd is recruiting a Network Administrator.

Qualifications for the position include:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in network administration, system administration, or related position  - preferably in local government.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the Department Head.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
• Satisfactory completion of FBI / MN BCA background examination including national fingerprint-based criminal history record check and maintain Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Security and Privacy: Security Role.
