Computer Operator I - Harrisburg, PA
We are hiring a Computer Operator I for an on-site opportunity in Harrisburg, PA. This role is a good fit for candidates with an IT school background, a technical degree, or early experience in computer operations, technical support, help desk, or system monitoring.
Pay: $22.50/hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; final schedule to be confirmed
Location: Harrisburg, PA - On-site
What You’ll Do
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues as required.
- Assist with daily computer system operations.
- Complete daily checklist tasks under supervision.
- Report issues to the Senior Computer Operator or Supervisor.
- Document problems and updates in a tracking system.
- Assist with recovery steps needed to restore normal operations.
- Follow escalation procedures with Computer Operations and related departments.
- Support senior operators with daily operational needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Two-year technical college degree or comparable experience.
- 12 to 24 months of computer operations, IT support, help desk, or related experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues appropriately.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass an FBI-level background check to obtain a Gaming License.
