If you’re someone who loves solving tech puzzles and helping people, this role is your sweet spot. As a Store Support Analyst, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line-guiding our teams through technical hiccups and keeping things running smoothly. From troubleshooting issues to supporting system rollouts, you’ll play a key role in making sure our restaurants stay up, running, and ready to serve up legendary experiences.

What’s On Your Plate

  • Answer incoming support calls and provide top-notch customer service

  • Diagnose technical issues and walk users through solutions with clarity and confidence

  • Log, track, and manage tickets using service desk software

  • Support system rollouts and help implement updates across locations

  • Assist with installing and setting up new IT equipment

  • Juggle multiple issues at once while keeping everything organized and documented


Your Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

  • 1+ year of IT experience (preferred)

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)

  • Experience with POS systems (restaurant experience is a plus!)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft OS and Microsoft 365

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting

  • Experience with Aloha Manager / MenuLink systems (a bonus!)

  • ITIL certification (nice to have)

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
