Senior HUD Compliance Analyst (Hybrid – Harrisburg, PA)
$75,000 – $82,000 + Pension + Paid Parking

We’re hiring a Senior HUD Compliance Analyst to lead voucher processing, support a team, and serve as a subject matter expert in HUD 4350.3 compliance.
This is a great opportunity for someone currently in property management or compliance who wants less day-to-day chaos and more impact, structure, and stability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of 7–8 staff
- Ensure compliance with HUD 4350.3 regulations
- Oversee voucher processing, TRACS submissions & error resolution
- Answer compliance questions from staff, owners, and agents
- Review special claims and resolve issues
- Partner with internal teams and software vendors
What You Bring
- 3+ years in HUD / Section 8 / Affordable Housing
- Strong knowledge of HUD 4350.3
- Experience in roles like:
- Occupancy Specialist
- Compliance Specialist
- Property Manager (Affordable Housing)
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
