WHAT THIS ROLE IS

We’re hiring for a face-to-face marketing & fundraising position where you’ll represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and build the skills needed to grow into leadership.

You’ll start by mastering communication, sales, and team execution—then move into training, leadership, and team development.

POSITION DETAILS

• Full-time (Monday–Friday)
• In-person (Manayunk / Philadelphia)
• W2 position
• Base pay + uncapped commission + bonuses
• Travel reimbursement
• Paid weekly

Most new team members earn $800–$1300/week starting out
