We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Budtenders to join our team!

Job Summary:
The Part-Time Budtenders will provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, educating customers about cannabis, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience in our dispensary. You will help maintain inventory, process transactions, and contribute to a welcoming and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and their effects.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Ensure all products are correctly labeled and stored in compliance with state and local laws.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting inventory counts.
• Help ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
• Answer customer questions about cannabis, products, and store policies in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support team members and help train new employees when applicable.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state regulations).
• Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to pass background check (if required by state law).
