BIOLOGY FACULTY POSITION
Waynesburg University

Waynesburg University is accepting applications for
a Biology Faculty/Director of Marine Science position,
beginning August 1, 2026. This is potentially a tenure
track position. Doctoral degree preferred,
ABD near completion will be considered.

A minimum of 2 years teaching experience required.
This is a 9-month position with teaching responsibilities
in Biology. The candidate will teach Ecology, Zoology, and Capstone Research courses. Additional responsibilities
include assisting with student recruitment and serving as
an academic advisor for students in the Marine Biology
major. The successful candidate must demonstrate a
strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University's
Mission and a demonstrated commitment to that
faith, through his/her professional responsibilities,
relationships and the mentoring of students.
