Carpenter (Rough Carpentry / Post Frame)

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality construction projects and are looking for dependable, skilled professionals who take pride in their work.

This is a year-round opportunity with steady work and the potential to grow into leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

• Perform rough carpentry and framing on residential and/or commercial projects
• Assist with post-frame (pole barn) construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of carpentry or framing experience
• Experience with post-frame construction (pole barns) is a strong plus
• Foreman or crew leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to manage projects, timelines, and team members (for lead roles)
• Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment
