We are looking for professionals who:
- Show up on time, every shift
- Do not use drugs
- Follow directions and company policy
- Stay alert and work while on post (no phone sitting)
- Be proactive while on shift
- Act professional at all times
- Highly Motivated
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years security, law enforcement, or military experience
- Active Nevada PILB Guard Card (Required)
- Willing to apply for the CCB Card (Required for Cannabis Division)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Integrity, respect for others, and personal accountability
- Willing to give a hard day’s work for a hard day’s pay
Duties
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Use de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
- Patrol and monitor assigned locations
- Handle incidents and report accurately
- Control access and enforce site rules
- Provide excellent customer service
