OVERVIEW
Willie’s Joynt Café, located in TXRH Support Center, is looking for our next dynamic team member! Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm. Willie’s serves breakfast and lunch to our Support Center employees as well as manage internal catering requests. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Legendary customer service
Receive and process payments using the POS system
Follow safety and sanitation practices
Assemble food and drink orders to completion
Meeting and maintaining all food and plate specifications
Meeting established cook time standards
Understanding and following prep sheets
Using and following recipes
Maintain cleanliness in café FOH/BOH and walk-ins clean and organized
Keep café supplies stocked
Perform FOH and BOH side work
Properly using, cleaning, assembling, and disassembling appropriate equipment including Grills, Fryers, Dish Machine, Slicers, three compartment sinks, Ovens, and Stoves
Any other job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Previous restaurant experience preferred
Attention to detail
Able to multitask
Excellent communication and listening skills
