Wilco Area Career Center in Romeoville is now hiring:

Full-time Auto Service Instructor for High School Auto Service class

Job Summary: Teaching of high school auto service class Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:00 pm

Qualifications: 

  • ASE Certified in G-1 Maintenance & Light Repair; A-4 Suspension & Steering
  • A-5 Brakes; and A-6 Electrical/Electronic Systems or willing to obtain.
  • Eligible for Illinois State Educator Licensure.

Working Conditions: High school schedule. Monday - Friday, Romeoville campus.

Salary: $48,000-$60,000

Full-Time CNA Clinical Instructor for high school Certified Nursing Aide Program

Job Summary: Full-time Position for the 2026-2027 school year. Approximately 120 days at Romeoville campus and Plainfield clinical site, and approximately 52 days at the Morris clinical site.

Qualifications:

  • Must be registered nurse in state of Illinois for 2 years.
  • Must have 1 year nursing experience with direct care in a nursing home, a certified skilled unit of a hospital or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Must complete an Approved Train-the-Trainer Evaluator Workshop if applicant does not have a BSN.
  • Must have American Heart Association BLS CPR instructor certification

Working Conditions: Applicant oversees students in the clinical setting following IDPH instructor to student ratios and works with theory instructors to practice skills in the lab when not at the clinical sites. 

Salary: $48,000-$60,000
