OPERATOR TECHNICIAN

JOB INVOLVES:

• Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of gas distribution systems.
• Assisting with corrosion control, leak investigations, and meter installations.
• Operating tools and equipment while assisting crews in construction and maintenance.
• Responding to customer calls as needed.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Alabama driver's license
• Residence in the Pike Road service area
• Ability to obtain a CDL within one year
• Ability to obtain a Gas Fitter certification within one year
