Residential Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completed houses and apartment make-readies, HVAC maintenance, work order completion, and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• HVAC maintenance
• Estimate the time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have HVAC Certification and Experience
• Must have 5 plus years of experience with Affordable Housing
