Colonial Christian School, a FACCS fully accredited school, is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Middle School Math Teacher to join our dedicated team
|
|
Responsibilities
|
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Teach middle school students (grades 6–8) a range of mathematical topics including arithmetic, pre-algebra, and introductory algebra
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and projects
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Maintain a structured, respectful, and positive classroom environment
- Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance student learning
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and needs
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administration
- Uphold and model Christian values in all interactions

Qualifications
|
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Highly developed oral & written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships effectively & professionally with families & students
- Physical ability to handle frequent sitting, standing, & moving throughout the classroom
- Active member of their church
