Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate for Millwork (Kitchens, Closets and Paneling) and Stone Fabrication to join our team.

This role involves engaging with customers to provide expert advice on our products, assisting with layout design, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renovation and construction, along with strong communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and features.  Design experience required.  

Duties:  Engage customers in both inside and outside sales environments, providing knowledgeable assistance on millwork and stone fabrication products, Conduct product demonstrations and ensuring customers understand the value of our offerings, Negotiate terms and close sales, assist in merchandising efforts to create appealing displays that attract customers, provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads, field Measurements for pricing.

Skills:  Proven experience in sales, particularly in high-end retail or construction-related fields, ability to read and define information in construction drawings to provide accurate pricing on a project basis, background in construction and/or design capacity, proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, or similar design software is highly desirable to have an understanding of spaces and product, familiarity with renovation, remodeling, interior design, and sales concepts, strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
