As a vital member of our State College operations team, you’ll provide the essential background for financial advisors nationwide, ensuring their success through seamless execution and support.

Location: State College, PA (in-office position)

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Championing Operations: Supporting daily account maintenance and operational excellence
  • Cultivating Relationships: Building strong, trusted relationships with our national network of financial advisors
  • Navigating Success: Serving as the expert guide for advisors through complex paperwork and custodian process
  • Optimizing the Future: Collaborating to sharpen our systems, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall client experience

 

What You Bring

  • Precision Focus: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Articulate Communication: Clear, confident and professional communication—both written and verbal.
  • Proactive Ownership: A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Tech Fluency: Comfortable with navigating Technology, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
  • Background: Familiarity with Redtail (or other CRMs) and experience in finance, banking, or wealth management is helpful, but not required.

Salary/Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
