Community Relations Coordinator

Knoxville Fine Violins seeks a Community Relations Coordinator in Knoxville, Tennessee, topromote our name and services to the surrounding region to increase our presence in the marketand become the areas leading source for rental, sales, repair and making of bowed stringinstruments. Requires Bachelors Degree in Stringed Instruments or closely related plus twoyears of full time, post-degree experience related to community relations, to include: communityoutreach / engagement to establish relationships with users, vendors, etc; public communications; market / data analysis; preparing promotional materials and using social media; preparing reports. Also requires: advanced knowledge of stringed instruments; proficiency insocial media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc) and other advertising methods; strong communication skills (verbal and written); Sound knowledge of CRM systems for targetedmarketing campaigns through email/sms/print and progressive reporting of results; Knowledgeand understanding of all production disciplines: print, digital, and broadcast (multi-media);Knowledge of HTML editors and coding; Microsoft Office.
