Duties: Administer, automate, develop, document and upgrade cloud-based ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and Jelly programming languages; Configure and manage Service Portal using HTML, Cascading Style Sheets and Angular JS tools; Perform web services integrations with external systems to Extract, Transform and Load data into ServiceNow using JavaScript, utilizing Linux OS. Design and develop Automated Testing Framework module in ServiceNow; Develop, configure and maintain ServiceNow Live Agent Chat functionality. Req.
