We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at a well‐established manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. If you excel in guiding multi‐department teams, improving processes, and ensuring quality production, this could be your next career move.
About the Role
This is a DIRECT HIRE position. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all production areas to ensure volume, cost, and quality standards are consistently met. You’ll direct workflow, optimize assembly methods, manage scheduling, and collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly. The position also includes leadership over multiple departments, including Shipping, Assembly, Machine Shop, Welding, and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support production staff across multiple departments
- Ensure proper workforce and materials are aligned with production schedules
- Develop and maintain production and quality control standards
- Coordinate with sales and inventory teams regarding production planning
- Review production reports and resolve operational or equipment issues
- Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee development
- Maintain compliance with company standards, safety policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 10–15 years of relevant manufacturing or production leadership experience
- Strong background in industrial, mechanical, or related manufacturing environments
- Experience managing multiple departments and supervisory teams
- Proficiency with ERP systems and common software tools (Excel, Word)
- Must currently reside in the Oklahoma City area (this is not a remote role)
