We are looking for experienced and top-notch HVAC Service Technician & HVAC New Construction Technicians to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Educate and inform clients about HVAC systems and opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Reliable
• At least 3 years previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Detailed verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Excellent personal customer service
• Valid TX driver's license

A Day in the Life as an HVAC Service Technician

You will be engaging with our highly valuable customers in their homes/businesses on a daily basis, so it is vital that you can show them how much we care by being courteous and helpful. Your ability to follow and carry out manger's directions will help you accurately complete required jobs in a timely manner according to a set schedule. You'll use your industry knowledge to select appropriate material and equipment needed to complete the job and you will maintain a clean and safe job site at all times. There is always something to be done and always a new project to complete, bringing you satisfaction in a full day's work. We offer 40 hours per week year around.
