Executive Assistant
Description: Carroll College invites applications for an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President for Finance & Administration/CFO (VPFA). This key position serves as the primary point of contact for the VPFA Office and provides high-level administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include managing complex scheduling and calendaring, preparing and posting agendas and minutes, coordinating daily office operations, and interacting regularly with the President, Vice Presidents, Board of Trustees, and campus community.
The Executive Assistant plays an important role in the Colleges Contract Management processes by assisting with the initiation, drafting, editing, review, negotiation, and recordkeeping of all business contracts. The position also supports the administration of the Colleges Property, Liability, and related insurance programs in collaboration with the VPFA. Additional duties include contributing to the development and maintenance of college-wide policies and procedures and assisting with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
A central focus of this role is promoting a culture of risk awareness, prevention, mitigation, and operational continuity through planning, education, and training. The position also provides broad Administrative and Accounting Services within the Finance & Administration Division, including corporate credit card administration, fleet vehicle management, monitoring food service commissions, and other general accounting and administrative functions.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Associates Degree in related field plus 2 years experience in administrative support. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
