ABOUT THE JOB
We’re hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician to perform high-quality electrical work on a variety of projects. This is a hands-on position focused on installations, quality, and safety — all while enjoying the tight-knit support of a small family shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations according to drawings, plans, specifications, and NEC standards
- Ensure every job meets electrical code and company quality expectations
- Maintain productivity and keep work moving efficiently
- Troubleshoot technical issues and solve problems right in the field
- Review your own work for accuracy to prevent rework
- Follow and promote OSHA safety standards and proper PPE use
- Keep work areas clean and organized, using materials efficiently
- Communicate progress, challenges, or material needs clearly
What We’re Looking For
- Active Journeyman Electrician license
- Proven field experience in electrical installations
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Solid technical knowledge and NEC code understanding
- Reliable, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
