SUPERINTENDENT
Reports to: Vice President of Operations
KBS is hiring experienced Superintendents to lead onsite operations for large commercial projects ($20M–$90M). This role oversees daily field activities, enforces safety and quality, manages subcontractors, and partners with the Project Manager to keep work on schedule and on budget.
We are located in Richmond, VA & offering a relocation package for the right candidate!
What We’re Looking For:
- Several years of commercial construction experience managing complex projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, drawings, and specifications
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- OSHA certification and commitment to safety
