Office Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The Office Assistant will assist with general office tasks, managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with data entry. In addition, they will be processing orders and arranging shipping, and correspondence, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
A key requirement for this position is proficiency in Microsoft Office, as it will be used frequently for tasks such as document preparation, filing, and order processing. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & QuickBooks)
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
* Previous office experience is a plus but not required
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer service focus are a must.
* Knowledge and/or experience with logistics a plus.
