Part-Time Trading Operations Associate (Prediction Market)

Compensation:
$60/hour + significant performance-based bonus potential

Time Commitment:
15–30+ hours per week
3–7 evenings per week required (most work occurs during live games)

About the Role:
This role is ideal for recent graduates interested in sports, markets, or data who want hands-on exposure to live trading in a fast-moving, real-world environment.

Woodcliff Trading is a fast-growing prediction market trading operation focused on live sports markets on platforms like Kalshi. We operate as a market maker during games, managing risk, liquidity, and execution in real time.

We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Trading Operations Associate to actively manage trading and drive volume during live basketball games. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder and leadership team, gaining hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute live trades during games (evenings)
• Assess in real time whether trades have positive expected value or negative expected value
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with the trading team during high-tempo periods

Qualifications:

• Highly analytical, quick thinker, quick with numbers 
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Backgrounds in economics, statistics, data science, engineering, finance, or similar are a plus — but not required
• Able to balance data-driven thinking with sound judgment when time constraints limit analysis
