• Available schedules: B Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 4:00PM-2:00AM C Shift: Saturday-Monday 6:00am-6:00PM

About the Role

Operations Managers lead teams in a fastpaced distribution environment and are accountable for safety, performance, and people leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing supervisors and hourly associates
• Driving productivity, quality, and safety results
• Managing daily operations using data and KPIs
• Partnering crossfunctionally to meet business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Prior leadership experience in operations, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• Experience leading teams in a metricsdriven setting
• Ability to support B Shift operations
• Strong communication and decisionmaking skills
