The Jaggers Market Partner is responsible for the operations of Jaggers company owned restaurants within a geographical area of the United States. They are responsible for ensuring quality operations and teaching brand standards to restaurant managers and their employees. The incumbent upholds brand integrity in a multi-unit environment. They will produce desired outcomes by influencing behaviors with education, training, and sound business recommendations.
Operations
· Partners with the company owned Jaggers Multi Market Operator, Jaggers Operating Partners and the management teams at each restaurant in their geographical area of responsibility on the following:
§ ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service is taught to each new employee and it is being executed daily in the restaurants
§ modeling and teaching the approved method of training for Jaggers restaurants
§ ensuring store operations are compliant with established standards
§ optimizing store performance with established metrics
§ formulating and assessing development action plans and quarterly goals
§ marketing to build brand awareness and sales
§ managing the critical path for all new openings
§ ensuring the practice of safe food handling procedures
§ leading the validation of unit level operations through managing the ESF unit review process
§ supporting the restaurants by validating in–store training systems for each restaurant
§ coordinating the rollouts of new menu items and pricing
§ the opening of new restaurants
§ Support opening management teams in new store openings
People
· Partners with the company owned Jaggers Multi Market Operator, Jaggers Operating Partners and Jaggers Restaurant Recruiter at each restaurant on the following:
§ the recruitment, interviewing and selection of management candidates
§ the consistent development of managers and hourly staff
§ building a pipeline of management candidates for a rapidly growing concept
§ ensure proper staffing targets are established and maintained
Leadership
· Oversees guest and employee relations issues for their geographic area of responsibility
· Monitors regionals competition including number of units, performance, promotional activity and menu pricing
· Plans and coordinates roundtable discussions and/or conference calls for restaurants in the area of responsibility to ensure consistency in operational goals and initiatives
· Role models and upholds the Jaggers Operational Goals, Mission Statement, Jaggers Top 10, and each area of balanced leadership (quality of operations, financial results, people and culture)

QUALIFICATIONS
· High School diploma or GED required
· Progressive restaurant management experience with a minimum of five years in a single unit restaurant at the General Manager level
· 1 to 3 years’ experience in a training and/or culinary role desirable
· Effective motivational skills
· The ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
· Outgoing and personable, collaborative
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Effective communicator one-on-one or in front of large groups
· Has the ability to solve problems and handle high stress situations
· Word, Excel, Power Point
