Job Description: Part-Time Cleaner

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in our commercial office building. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to create a welcoming and professional environment for our tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when supplies are running low
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
• Follow established procedures for waste disposal

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Successful completion of a background screening
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Compensation:
$13 per hour
