Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a professional career from home. No formal work experience required — but basic computer skills and a willingness to learn are a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter, update, and verify data across multiple company systems and databases
- Process a minimum of 300–500 records per day with a high accuracy rate
- Review documents and records for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Organize and maintain digital files, spreadsheets, and reports
- Communicate with team leads to clarify data discrepancies
- Meet daily deadlines and weekly performance targets

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic level)
- Strong attention to detail — errors matter in this role
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage your own daily schedule
- Must be available during core hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (your local time)
