Curby's Lawn & Garden

This is a high-volume, salary plus commission landscape design and sales position at Curby's Lawn & Garden, a long-standing, locally owned firm in the Kansas City area (Olathe/Gardner, KS).

  • Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (full-time).
  • Role Type: This is a "closer" position that requires managing 10–15 active client projects simultaneously, leveraging a high volume of company-provided leads.
  • Key Responsibilities: Designing and selling residential landscaping projects, including retaining walls, outdoor living areas, drainage solutions, and outdoor lighting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of direct landscape design and field experience.
  • Software: Proficiency in Pro Landscape or similar industry-related design software.
  • Knowledge: Expertise in plant material for the Kansas City area (Zone 6).
  • Background/Physical: Must pass a criminal background check and a DOT physical.
  • Availability: Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall).
