Participate in the entire design process of our digital products & services from initial research, ideatn, conceptualizatn & design, to testg & validatn. Positn reqs a Bach (US or For Equiv) deg in Design or Communicatn & 5 yrs of exp in designing digital prducts & srvices. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/ the following: Industry standard design & research tools (Sketch or Figma, User Testg or equiv online user research platfrm); Know on implementatn & facilitatn of the overall design process, usg a var of methodologies incl: Wrkshop facilitatn, Wireframg, UI prototypg, & User Tsting; Agile & SAFe methodology for teamwrk & analytics ‘product’ creatn; Designing respnsive hybrid/native digitl prodcts for both mobile & desktp solutns; Wrkshop planng & facilitatn; & Planng & conducting user research & user testg sessions incl moderator guides to generate artifacts from synthesis. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/ the following: Designing, building & mng a Design Systm across our eco-systm of prodcts & services. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: wrk may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the PepsiCo office in Plano, TX.
