Little Havana Cigar Factory is looking for a bilingual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This position focuses on customer service, sales support, and daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience with cigars is not required — we will train the right candidate. However, previous knowledge of cigars is a plus.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in a multilingual environment, and are eager to grow their sales and customer service expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to local and international customers
- Assist customers with product selection and general inquiries
- Process sales and payments accurately (POS system)
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Restock products and assist with inventory when needed
- Support daily store operations and teamwork
